All is well in Rwanda. As several families know well, four of our students (Goldbaum, Leslie, Parker, and Resnick) were bumped from the group flight in New York by Virgin Airlines at the last minute. These students flew with Putney's Global Action Malawi program one day late. They are currently en route to Nairobi, Kenya, where they will meet one of their leaders, Dan Sheffield, who will fly on with them to Kigali, arriving exactly a day late. Meanwhile, the rest of the group has arrived safely in Kigali and is beginning the program with Fiona.
Our leaders report that the group dynamic is very good and that all are eager to have the entire group united so they can dive into Rwanda together!
